Barry Salzberg and Jim Quigley have been nominated to new leadership roles at Deloitte, according to the Wall Street Journal. Quigley is leaving his current role as CEO of Deloitte in the US to become CEO of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, after current CEO Bill Parrett faces mandatory retirement next year. Salzberg is nominated to take Quigley’s place as Deloitte’s US CEO.
Mr. Quigley’s nomination must still be approved by the firm’s global partners. Deloitte’s U.S. arm informed its employees this morning of Mr. Salzberg’s nomination and the firm is expected to shortly begin his ratification process among U.S. partners.
